All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. During sale events and holidays please allow for extra time for your order to be shipped due to the volume of orders we recieve. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause.

For purchases made on our website: We accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. We do not accept returns or exchanges on books, grooming items or undergarments.
All sales are final on sale items.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. PALACE 5IVE does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to PALACE 5IVE.
Customers are not reimbursed for Shipping and Handling on returned items.
